Palace Inn & Suites

Spontaneous day out ended with my Husband and I here. Fairly decent pricing for rooms. Our room was very clean and welcoming. Our towels were folded neatly, bed made and not a speck of dirt or grime anywhere. The room was unexpectedly cozy, but the bed was a bit hard for our liking. Hot tub is enjoyable, as is the sauna. However, the breakfast provided was a bit disappointing. My Husband found his Bagel to be quite hard, and we were both expecting a bit more variety in the foods offered. I can however praise the Waffles. Very good! Overall a pleasant stay. The front desk staff are very polite and quick to get you checked in and sorted out, and the establishment is very quiet and cozy as a whole. Will likely visit again.

Wish there was a view of the beach, being so close and all. Wonderful staff! Breakfast includes apple or banana, Costco muffins, and coffee. Don't get too excited for the breakfast part. Something is better than nothing! We did not use the soap or shampoo that was in the shower. It smelled like chemicals. Bring your own. She shower curtains need some bleach or just need to be changed out, the fan in the bathroom was not working. The parking lot is large enough for big vehicles. However, I wouldn't recommend it for a trailer.

We ended up needing a room last minute while in Lincoln City and we found a deal! The front desk staff when we checked in was so kind and nice! The parking lot is huge and has easy access to HWY 101. The room is large with extra blankets and pillow, AC unit, microwave and fridge. During the week they had a small self-serve breakfast of muffins, all individually wrapped, bananas and coffee/tea. Great place for what we needed!

I am very impressed with Palace Inn. The front desk clerk JJ is very sweet and helpful. He was so very kind and polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean and smells like pine Tv works well and good cable and lots of channels. Room A/C and Heater works very well. Nice clean room and microwave and small refrigerator. Parking is right by our room. The entrance very clean and easy to find our room!! You will be happy to stay here again and very good price! I give a 5 Stars and pets our welcome and close to walking distance to outlet store. Wonderful breakfast!! Wonderful Inn to stay at

A great family friendly, budget friendly hotel in the heart of lincoln city

Stopped here late night and got the last room. Desk staff was super helpful and was able to give me a break on the room...was very nice of him. My only complaint was that there were two cars of people sleeping in the parking lot overnight...made me a little nervous about the safety of my stuff in my car.but had no issues. The town was really busy because of a kit festival going on and there was a big heart wave as well so people wanted to keep cool by the beach.. Rooms are good size and clean. I would say walls are thin but that is normal for most hotels these days. My room was right next to the elevator. I did not hear it but did hear the party people getting on or off. It is funny. The guys were mellow and could not really hear them but the drinks chicks....lol...some of them things they were saying and asking for...lol..being a weekend I am sure there was some steam being let out....

It’s a quiet location, if you’re looking to be loud past 9pm this isn’t the place. The whirlpool spa and fitness center were both “closed temporarily” which was unfortunate because it rained the whole time we were there and would have been nice to use. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

This place is across the street from a space age and right next to a BK. If you are heading here from Lincoln City, it's on the left side and kinda pops out at ya. Friendly staff. We were given the wrong room key at first, (it wouldn't work then someone opened the door, talk about an embarrassing moment), thankfully the people in the room were chill about the mix up. The room was nice sized, very clean and the bed was so comfy. (I love my bed more on the harder side, these were perfect for my husband and I. Definitely a repeat place to go.
